Job summary

ICF is seeking Engagement Managers to join our Airlines & MRO team in London. You will act as the day-to-day project manager on challenging projects, guiding teams to deliver operational improvements across global airline and MRO clients.

Role requires extensive on-site client interaction, travel, and collaboration with senior leaders. You’ll mentor junior staff, contribute to proposals, and help shape thought leadership in the aviation sector.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in aviation or strategic consulting focusing on airline operations & MRO.
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Willingness to travel extensively internationally.

Responsibilities

• Act as the day-to-day contact with Clients; on-site involvement expected.
• Build long-term trusted relationships with Clients and support Account Managers.
• Stakeholder management balancing Client, partner and ICF needs.
• Develop reports and presentations to synthesize analyses.
• Lead consulting teams and ensure timely delivery on complex projects.
• Mentor and train junior staff; foster collaboration across teams.
• Develop project budgets, scopes of work and manage risk.
• Support business development with client networks and proposals.
