TUI Operations Control Centre (TOCC) in Wigmore House is hiring for an Operations Watch role, monitoring flight statuses and coordinating with handling agents, crews and ground teams in a 24/7 operation.
You will use METAR/TAF data, coordinate with dispatch on routes and slots, and support disruption recovery with a focus on safety and punctuality. This role is based onsite in Luton, with start planned mid January 2027.
This is an exciting role in our TUI Operations Control Centre (TOCC) with accountability for the operational planning, delivery, and control of airline operations in the operational control window.
Using key systems, your primary role will be one of flightwatch, responsible for monitoring and coordinating the status of flights across the TUI fleet – made up of the 5 Group TUI Airlines – and ensuring we are continually aware of where our aircraft are at all times, maintaining the highest safety standards whilst delivering the flying programme. You will report directly to the TOCC Operations Duty Manager to provide support and solutions when there is disruption to the normal operation, as well as liaising closely with internal colleagues within the TOCC in the Crewing, Customer and Engineering teams, and external colleagues such as our Group Operations Centre in Hannover and our service partners and providers across the TUI network.
As our TOCC operates on a 24/7 basis 365 days per year, the role will be shift-based, covering a combination of day (7am - 7pm) and night (7pm - 7am) shifts, including Bank Holidays. Note that shift patterns may be subject to change in line with business requirements. The role is based fully onsite in our Wigmore House office.
Our next available start date is planned for mid January 2027 with Assessment Day due to take place on 17 November 2026.
Applications close 27 October 2026.
