Job summary

WTW is seeking an Account Manager for its Aviation team to support a portfolio of Global Airline, Aerospace and General Aviation clients. You will manage day-to-day servicing of insurance programmes, including new business, renewals, broking and insurer negotiations, while building strong client relationships.

You will work closely with Account Executives, providing technical and administrative support to ensure compliant, timely service and high-quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• ACII qualification or studying towards preferred.

An Account Manager opportunity within WTW’s Aviation team, supporting a portfolio of Global Airline, Aerospace and General Aviation clients. The role will involve managing the day-to-day servicing of client insurance programmes, including new business, renewals, broking, insurer negotiations and client relationship management. The successful candidate will work closely with Account Executives, providing technical, administrative and client service support.

The Role

This role is within the Aviation team at Willis Towers Watson, a specialized group focusing on Global Airline, Aerospace, and General Aviation risks. An exciting opportunity has become available for an individual to join our Airline team as an Account Manager. The successful incumbent will assist on a portfolio of accounts handling all aspects of clients’ insurance programmes in a timely, technically, accurate and compliant manner.

This role will include dealing with new business enquiries, client renewals and broking. You will be focused on supporting and developing client relationships by providing quality technical administrative and service support directly to Clients and Insurers in support to Account Executives.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

• Aviation Insurance experience and knowledge of Aviation insurance markets and products is required
• Ability to negotiate premiums and coverage with insurers on behalf of clients
• Confident in advising clients with the ability to engage, and form strong relationships
• Good level of experience in a client – facing role, either supporting or managing an assigned client portfolio
• Be able to work in a deadline driven environment
• Be confident user of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Have excellent organisational and communications skills
• ACII qualified or studying towards is preferred but not essential
