First Choice Staff is seeking an Airfreight Pricing Executive to join a forwarder near Fleet. The role focuses on developing competitive airfreight rates, preparing quotations, and supporting growth and profitability of the airfreight business.

You will manage day-to-day pricing inquiries, assist with tenders and ensure quotations are accurate and timely, collaborating with sales, operations and airlines to meet commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in airfreight pricing or freight forwarding.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Understanding of airline tariffs, freight costs and margin management.

Responsabilités

• Prepare competitive and profitable airfreight quotations for import, export and cross-trade shipments.
• Negotiate and maintain competitive rates with airlines, consolidators and agents.
• Analyze airfreight costs including tariffs, surcharges and handling charges to ensure profitability.
• Respond to spot-rate enquiries and support tender/contract pricing.
• Monitor market rates and ensure quotations meet deadlines.
• Maintain pricing databases, tariffs and surcharge schedules.
• Support internal teams with pricing information and quotation validity.
• Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes and supplier relationships.
