Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience within freight forwarding.
• Understanding of air freight, ocean freight, road freight, or multi-modal logistics.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical ability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare air freight import and export quotations.
• Obtain rates from airlines, agents and suppliers.
• Calculate costs and maintain profitable margins.
• Support sales with pricing for new business opportunities.
• Manage spot-rate enquiries and customer requests.
• Keep supplier rates and pricing information up to date.
• Monitor market trends, carrier rates and capacity changes.
• Liaise with operational teams to ensure accurate costing.
