Job summary

First Choice Staff near Heathrow is seeking an experienced Air Imports professional to manage end-to-end shipments, including customs clearance. You will set up shipments, book and arrange deliveries, and handle costing and billing files.

Experience with Impatex ICE and Cargowise is preferred. This on-site role runs Monday to Friday, with typical 09:00-17:30 or 08:00-16:30 shifts, and salary is based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience handling end-to-end air imports including customs clearance.
• Proficient with Impatex ICE and Cargowise.
• Candidates must have prior relevant experience in air import operations.

Responsibilities

Our client close to Heathrow as looking for someone with previous experience end to end Air Imports (completing customs clearances knowledge required)

• Setting up shipments, booking and arranging deliveries, obtaining clearance instructions, costing & billing files, etc etc
• Using Impatex ICE for clearances and Cargowise as Operating system so experience in these systems would be good!
• We are only able to accept applications from candidates with previous experience for this role.

Salary based on experience

Monday to Friday 0900 to 1730 or 0800 to 1630
