Job summary

First Choice Staff is assisting a client near Heathrow in recruiting for an experienced Air Imports professional. The role covers end-to-end shipments, customs clearance, bookings, and delivery coordination, with a focus on accurate costing and billing.

Experience with Impatex ICE for clearances and Cargowise as the operating system is highly desirable. Salary is based on experience, with weekday working hours discussed during the interview process.

Qualifications

• End-to-end Air Imports experience with customs clearance knowledge.
• Experience setting up shipments, bookings, and deliveries.
• Familiarity with Impatex ICE and Cargowise is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up air import shipments and arrange deliveries.
• Obtain clearance instructions and manage costing and billing files.

Our client close to Heathrow as looking for someone with previous experience end to end Air Imports (completing customs clearances knowledge required)

Setting up shipments, booking and arranging deliveries, obtaining clearance instructions, costing & billing files, etc etc

Using Impatex ICE for clearances and Cargowise as Operating system so experience in these systems would be good!

Salary based on experience

Monday to Friday 0900 to 1730 or 0800 to 1630
