Job summary

You will supervise daily tasks, audit documentation, manage airline space, forecast demand, handle CDS customs entries, and coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure timely shipments. The ideal candidate has experience in export logistics, airline management, forecasting, and customs

Qualifications

• Experience in export logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
• Knowledge of customs procedures and international shipping.
• Supervisory or mentoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Audit and verify documentation for compliance.
• Manage airline bookings and space allocations.
• Coordinate freight movement using multiple transport modes.
• Forecast daily volume and future transport requirements.
• Complete and audit CDS customs entries.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, airlines, and customs authorities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth export operations.
