Serco Limited in Oxfordshire is recruiting a Security Officer to support the RAF Brize Norton base. You will manage access, provide a secure environment, and assist with traffic management and security patrols.

The role requires SIA training, UKSV clearance, and a valid UK driving licence, including Airfield Driving Permit considerations. You’ll be part of a team protecting a critical national site with structured shift patterns and ongoing training opportunities.

Formación

• SIA licence training and UKSV clearance or ability to obtain.
• Full UK manual driving licence with max six points.
• Colour perception for Airfield Driving Permit.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work 12-hour shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a professional and friendly welcome to all visitors and colleagues.
• Control vehicle and pedestrian access, checking identification and passes with accuracy.
• Assist with security searches and emergency response when required
• Maintain accurate logs, records, and incident reports.
• Deliver vehicle escort duties and traffic management services across the base.
• Airfield pass check.
