Job summary

A military training organization in the UK seeks a competent Squadron Leader to serve as an Aircrew Psychological Skills Trainer and COMBAT EDGE coordinator. This role involves delivering advanced psychological skills training to aircrew at RAF Valley and supporting foundation training at RAF Cranwell. The ideal candidate will be ex-military aircrew with experience in performance coaching and psychological skills training. The position requires on-site work four days a week and proactive development of the Combat Edge Programme.

Qualifications

• Ex-military aircrew experience with performance coaching.
• Experience in aircrew psychological skills training preferred.
• Ability to coordinate access to performance coaches.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the advanced PST course at RAF Valley.
• Support foundation elements at RAF Cranwell.
• Manage day-to-day course delivery and staff coordination.
