An established industry player is seeking an Aircraft Supervisor – Mechanical (unlicensed) to lead engineering teams at RAF Syerston. This role involves supervising maintenance on Viking and other aircraft, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement. With a focus on leadership and technical expertise, the successful candidate will manage aircraft activities and optimize performance to meet business needs. Location: Newark on Trent, NG23 5NN (bordering Lincolnshire)
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent (39 hours per week)
Salary: £32,527 per annum on a successful completion of a 3 months’ probation period. (Additional allowance may be applied subject to role requirement)

We are looking for an individual who is able to lead and supervise engineering personnel, carrying out maintenance on Viking and other contract-related aircraft at RAF Syerston and other locations throughout the UK.
