Job summary

World Fuel Services Europe, Ltd. is hiring an Aircraft Refuelling Operator for Northolt, UK. You will safely handle aviation fuel, perform into-plane refuelling, and ensure accurate recording of fuel movements while maintaining SSHE standards.

You will join a high‑performing team in a fast-paced airport environment, with full training and development opportunities provided. The role requires a valid LGV Class 1 licence, tanker experience, and the ability to pass security checks.

Qualifications

• LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence with 2+ years’ experience.
• Fuel tanker experience is a strong advantage.
• Live within 45 minutes of Luton Airport.
• Able to pass airport security clearance, including a criminal record check.
• Flexible approach to working hours within a 24 hour shift plan.
• Willingness to cover holidays and sickness working overtime.
• Basic numeracy, English language and IT/data entry skills.
• Strong safety awareness and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Safely handle, store, and transport aviation fuel.
• Conduct into-plane refuelling in line with company procedures.
• Accurately record fuel movements and transactions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service as the first point of contact.
• Follow emergency procedures and maintain safety protocols.
• Input operational data into the i6 system and complete daily reconciliations.
• Support vehicle and manpower planning.
• Maintain training and competency in all fuel handling procedures.
