Job summary

Bombardier’s London Service Centre in Biggin Hill seeks a dedicated Proposal/Planning Coordinator to support front-line sales and external customers with timely, accurate proposals for BAS aftermarket services. You will collaborate with regional teams to determine pricing, schedule maintenance, and manage standard downtime, while tracking progress in Salesforce and Maximo.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree, 3+ years in aircraft maintenance or related planning/sales support, and strong

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, planning/scheduling or sales support.
Working knowledge of aircraft service and maintenance programs and procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer skills: MS Office Suite, SAP, Salesforce, Maximo and related web-based apps.
Interpersonal skills to collaborate with coworkers, customers, management and contractors.

Responsibilities

Provide timely, accurate proposals for BAS aftermarket services.
Work with Regional Sales Managers, Product Administrators, Schedulers and Planners on pricing, schedule and downtime.
Track proposals via Salesforce and Maximo and adapt to priorities.
Apply programs, incentives, pricing adjustments and coordinate with vendors.
Collaborate with RSM and PA to collect information for proposals.
Monitor process steps in Salesforce and Maximo to speed proposals.
Review proposals for quality and accuracy before release.
Ensure proposals meet RSM criteria.
Report status to Team Lead or Manager.
Maintain data integrity and accountability of the work.
