Job summary

Bombardier Services (UK) in Biggin Hill is seeking a Proposal/Planning Coordinator to support front line sales by preparing timely, accurate proposals and coordinating maintenance planning for customer aircraft.

The role requires at least 3 years in aircraft maintenance planning or sales support, plus working knowledge of service programs and MS Office, SAP, Salesforce and Maximo. You will collaborate with RSMs, PAs and external vendors to ensure smooth proposal flow.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years in aircraft maintenance planning and scheduling or sales support.
• Working knowledge of aircraft service and maintenance programs and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient with MS Office, SAP, Salesforce, and Maximo.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate proposals for BAS aftermarket services.
• Determine pricing, schedule and downtime for work scope with RSM/PA.
• Track proposals via Salesforce and Maximo and adapt to priorities.
• Coordinate with vendors for scheduling maintenance on customer aircraft.
• Review proposals for quality and accuracy prior to release.
• Report status to Team Lead or Manager.
• Maintain data integrity and accountability of the work.
