Job summary

Ryanair, the European airline group, is recruiting for a Performance Engineer to join the Flight Ops Department. Based at London Stansted, the role involves supporting the fleet and flight operations with aircraft performance data, weight documentation, and performance analyses.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and experience with performance software, plus the ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in a similar role or relevant university project.
  • Adaptable with quick learning and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Create electronic and backup Aircraft Performance data using Boeing software.
  • Support airfield categorisation and airport evaluations.
  • Analyze new route payloads, range analyses and weight-related impact assessments.
  • Assist in maintaining Ryanair’s Fleet Weight data and aircraft weight documentation.
  • Audit data from third-party vendors used in performance software.
  • Provide support in updating data in EFB applications and related charts/databases.
