Job summary

IAG Transform, part of International Airlines Group (IAG), is seeking a sourcing professional for Aircraft Interiors within the MRO category. You will lead strategic sourcing, manage end-to-end activities, and drive cost efficiency while aligning with operational needs across multiple locations.

The role requires a blend of procurement capability and technical understanding of Aircraft Interiors, with travel to support suppliers and internal stakeholders in a fast-moving, international

Qualifications

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Economics, or similar.
• 5–10 years in procurement/ category management roles, aviation/aerospace experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of Aircraft Interiors and supplier performance.
• Proven ability to negotiate, manage contracts and drive cost optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support strategic sourcing initiatives across Aircraft Interiors within the MRO category.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing activities: tendering, supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, implementation.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to achieve delivery, quality, cost and performance objectives.
• Lead commercial management of key suppliers focusing on value creation and long-term category performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across procurement, engineering, customer, and finance to reflect business needs.
• Identify and deliver cost reduction and value improvement opportunities via market analysis and data-driven negotiation.
• Proactively assess and manage supplier risk including operational, financial, contractual and reputational exposure.
