Job summary

IAG Transform is seeking a senior procurement professional to define and execute sourcing strategies for Aircraft Interiors within the MRO category. This role focuses on cost efficiency, supply resilience, and service performance across multiple operating companies and suppliers.

The candidate will blend procurement expertise with technical understanding of Aircraft Interiors, including In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity, and interact with senior stakeholders across diverse locations.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (Aeronautical Engineering, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Economics).
• Experience in procurement or category management in aviation/aerospace.
• Strong understanding of Aircraft Interiors, commercial and supplier performance.
• Experience in complex categories, sourcing strategy, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
• Ability to operate in large, international organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support strategic sourcing initiatives across Aircraft Interiors within the MRO category.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing activities: tendering, supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, implementation.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to meet delivery, quality, cost and performance objectives.
• Lead commercial management of key suppliers focusing on value creation and service improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across procurement, engineering, customer, and finance.
