Job Summary

Due to an exciting period of growth, we are seeking certified Aircraft Fitters to join our Defence manufacturing facilities on the Isle of Wight.

Responsibilities

• Work on aircraft main and sub-assemblies, following technical data and competencies.
• Read and understand drawings, processes, and procedures to meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Perform tasks to the highest standards, adhering to safety and quality protocols, and report issues immediately.
• Follow all safety policies and standards.
• Understand and contribute to team KPIs.
• Become certified at the Lean Foundation level and implement at least one Kaizen per month.
• Support problem-solving efforts and promote a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as an aircraft fitter, supported by relevant apprenticeship or certification.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and procedures.
• Strong pride in quality work, team collaboration, effective communication, and safety focus.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
