Job summary

Serco Group is recruiting an Aircraft Engineering Supervisor (Wildcat) at RNAS Yeovilton. You will oversee day-to-day aircraft management and ground services for the Wildcat platform, ensuring tasks meet regulatory and customer standards.

You will access ongoing training and development opportunities in a safety-focused, high‑discipline setting, with options for 40 or 45 hours per week and potential paid shift work.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years working in an airworthiness environment, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience.
• Formal training on the Wildcat aircraft and its associated trade systems.
• Hold, or be eligible to hold, a Certificate of Competency at Supervisory Level.
• Strong working knowledge of Wildcat engineering, systems, servicing procedures and support equipment.
• Commitment to health, safety and quality with COSHH and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day aircraft management and ground support for Wildcat platform.
• Ensure all contracted tasks meet regulatory and customer requirements.
• Perform essential administrative responsibilities with emphasis on safety and training.
• Support ongoing development in a dynamic, highly regulated environment.
