Job summary

Aviation Advisors Limited are seeking Airport Cleaning Operatives at Luton Airport to join the terminal services team. You will be the face of the airport, delivering a world-class, clean and safe environment in a fast-paced, 24/7 setting.

Responsibilities

• Terminal Maintenance: Cleaning and maintaining high-traffic areas including departure lounges, check-in desks, and arrival halls.
• Washroom Hygiene: Cleaning, disinfecting, and restocking restrooms to a high standard throughout the shift.
• Waste Management: Emptying bins, recycling properly, and ensuring floors are free of litter and spillages.
• Specialist Cleaning: Operating industrial cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and vacuum cleaners (training provided).
• Security Awareness: Remaining vigilant and reporting unattended baggage or suspicious activity to Airport Security immediately.
• Customer Service: Providing friendly assistance to passengers who may have questions about directions or facilities.

Job description

Location: Luton Airport

Salary: £20.50 – £25.50 per hour (Shift premiums for nights/weekends)
