Job summary

NATS Solutions are recruiting air traffic controllers to join the ATC team at St Athan. The role focuses on delivering a safe, efficient aerodrome service, with shifts to cover 24/7 operations at the St Athan facility.

Successful applicants will hold a valid UK ADI rating and a current Class 3 Medical Certificate, and must be able to work in a collaborative team environment while handling high-pressure situations. A criminal records check and 5-year references are required.

Qualifications

• UK aerodrome (ADI) rating required.
• Current Class 3 UK Medical Certificate required.
• Strong team player with ability to think laterally and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and efficient aerodrome service at St Athan.
• Work shifts to ensure smooth flow of air traffic on ground and in vicinity.
