Job summary

NATS Solutions are recruiting air traffic controllers to join the ATC team at St Athan. The role focuses on delivering a safe, efficient aerodrome service, with shifts to cover 24/7 operations at the St Athan facility.

Successful applicants will hold a valid UK ADI rating and a current Class 3 Medical Certificate, and must be able to work in a collaborative team environment while handling high-pressure situations. A criminal records check and 5-year references are required.

Job Purpose :

NATS Solutions are seeking to recruit air traffic controllers to join the current ATC team at St Athan.

Principal Accountabilities:

The primary ATC task is to provide a safe and efficient aerodrome service at St Athan.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Applicants will be required to hold a valid UK aerodrome (ADI) rating and must validate this at St Athan as part of their continued employment.
• All applicants must hold a current Class 3 UK Medical Certificate.
• You must be a strong team player with the ability to think laterally and remain calm under pressure.
• Successful applicants will also be required to undertake a criminal records check and provide a 5 year work reference history.
• Applicants currently undergoing or planning to undergo self sponsored ADI training will be considered.
