Air Logistics Healthcare Operational Care Specialist - QuickStat | United Kingdom | req127954

About the Role

In this role, you will handle and monitor all QuickSTAT operational activities, ensuring compliance with company policies. You will oversee all live network activities, maintaining adherence to rate structures and pricing policies.

Responsibilities
  1. Work as part of the daily operations of the LHR Control Tower team.
  2. Manage daily email volumes in the Control Group inbox.
  3. Develop and implement customer-focused operational policies and procedures.
  4. Assist with complex and escalated operational issues in coordination with the Operations Manager/Supervisor.
  5. Monitor the accuracy of reporting and database information.
  6. Coordinate customer service projects and initiatives.
  7. Ensure network/vendor partner compliance with policies, procedures, and pricing structures on a daily basis.
  8. Provide weekend/out-of-hours coverage for customer service processes and procedures.
Skills and Experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills in English (C1 level).
  • Comprehensive understanding of courier/freight operations, including import/export, warehouse, and transport.
  • Excellent understanding of world geography.
  • Knowledge of temperature-controlled packaging solutions for forwarding.
  • Ability to work successfully under pressure.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 7 pm.
