HtE Recruitment Limited in Heathrow area seeks an Air Freight forwarder to manage imports/exports and customs entries. The role operates Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, offering a salary around £30k.

You will handle air freight duties across exports and imports, ensuring timely completion and accurate documentation within the operational system. Experience with customs processes and knowledge of INCOTERMS preferred.

Formación

• Experience handling air freight imports/exports.
• Ability to complete import/export customs entries from start to finish.
• Knowledge of INCOTERMS and rate negotiations.

Air Freight forwarder required for a freight forwarder in the Heathrow area, this is a growing freight forwarder this role is within the Air freight business, that covers both exports and imports.. Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm £30k.

The role

• Ensure all air freight jobs are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Ensure all customs declaration tasks are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Ensure the operational system is always used and correctly
• Liaise with HMRC and maintenance of customs procedures

This role will include all your normal Air Freight forwarder duties.

Experience

We are looking for a Air Freight forwarder from a Air Freight background, you will be Able to complete import/export Customs entries from start to finish and have Knowledge and experience of Export multimodal business. you will have a air exports knowledge. Ideally, you will also have a Basic understanding of INCOTERMS & you will have knowledge of quotes for shipments prior to movement and applying agree rates where necessary.
