Air Freight Export Coordinator Job Description:

The primary responsibility is to coordinate air export movements from start to finish, including customs clearances. This involves raising HAWBs & MAWBs, quoting jobs, providing pricing solutions, raising alerts, and liaising with customers, overseas agents, and airlines. Building strong relationships with clients to foster new and repeat business is essential.

Essential Job Functions:

• Build relationships with potential and existing customers
• Arrange air exports for key accounts and ad-hoc customers
• Communicate capabilities and service offerings to clients
• Negotiate with air freight carriers to secure optimal pricing
• Complete Customs Declarations
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients, including negotiating and closing major contracts
• Maintain existing client relationships and prospect for new opportunities
