Job summary

WR Logistics in Bradford is seeking an experienced European Road Freight Operator to own export shipments from booking to delivery. You will liaise with customers, hauliers and overseas agents, plan loads, provide quotes and support customs processes.

With at least 5 years in European road exports, you will communicate confidently, work independently or in a team, and drive service levels across the operation in Bradford.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in European Road Freight Exports.
• Strong understanding of planning export loads from start to finish.
• Knowledge of customs procedures and Sequoia is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan export trailer loads efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Manage European Road Export shipments from booking to delivery.
• Liaise with customers, hauliers and overseas agents.
• Provide quotations for new and existing business.
• Handle customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Support export customs processes and documentation.
• Use Sequoia and internal freight systems.
• Resolve operational issues and maintain high service levels.
