CEVA Logistics in the UK is seeking an experienced Air Exports Operator to join our Hounslow team. You will manage air export shipments end-to-end, coordinating collections, bookings with airlines, and compliance with HMRC requirements.

Responsibilities include preparing MAWBs for various shipments, processing export declarations, and keeping customers informed through every milestone. The role requires focus, accuracy, and strong communication within a global network.

Qualifications

• Experience in air freight export operations.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation and customs declarations.
• Experience with airline bookings and freight management systems.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of air export shipments from collection to arrival.
• Prepare and process export docs including MAWBs for B2B and consolidation shipments.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, costing and billing, and communicate progress to customers.
