Job summary

CEVA Logistics in the UK is seeking an experienced Air Exports Operator to join our Hounslow team, managing shipments end-to-end from pickup through arrival. You will coordinate collections, book air cargo, and prepare export documentation in line with HMRC requirements.

You’ll collaborate with overseas offices, monitor progress, and keep customers updated while ensuring accurate costing and billing. Air freight experience and CargoWise proficiency are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Experience in air freight export operations.
• Familiar with export documentation and HMRC requirements.
• Ability to coordinate with airlines and carriers.
