Job summary

Right Now Group in Sunbury is recruiting an experienced Air Export Manager to lead and develop the Air Export team within a growing international Freight Forwarder. You will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise Air Export Operators, manage workloads, ensure accuracy, deadlines and compliance, and report KPIs to senior management while driving continuous improvement across the department.

Qualifications

• Strong experience within Air Export / Air Freight / Freight Forwarding.
• Experience managing, supervising or leading an Air Export team.
• Understanding of Air Export processes and freight forwarding operations.
• Proven ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in eCommerce, courier or high-volume Air Freight is advantageous.
• Proactive, hands-on management style focused on team performance.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for day-to-day management of the Air Export team.
• Motivate, develop and supervise Air Export Operators.
• Allocate workloads to ensure timely, accurate shipments.
• Provide feedback and address performance improvements.
• Escalate complex operational issues and guide the team.
