Your Role

Are you an experienced Air Export professional seeking your next challenge? Join our Manchester team as an Air Export Coordinator, ensuring smooth and compliant international shipments for our clients. This role is Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm.

What You'll Do

• Arrange shipments according to customer instructions and SOPs
• Complete customs entries complying with HMRC and Master Airway Bill regulations
• Book shipments with airlines and liaise with handling agents
• Arrange cross-trade bookings
• Support customers with costing and invoicing
• Monitor shipment status and resolve incidents
• Act as the front-facing contact for operational processes on shipments

Proven experience in freight forwarding or air operations, IT literacy (Excel, Word), attention to detail, and organizational skills to handle a fast-paced environment.
