Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD seeks an AC Working Supervisor in Peterborough to lead a small team handling maintenance, installation and project work on VRV/VRF systems, AHUs and cold rooms. The role blends office coordination with site oversight and client liaison.

You will oversee commissioning paperwork, estimating and quoting while managing commercial aspects of projects, with a clear path toward a Project Manager role in a growing engineering services company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers (5) across maintenance, installation and project work.

Position: AC Working Supervisor

Location: Peterborough

Salary: Up to £50,000

AC Working Supervisor required for our client, an established engineering and facilities services company with a strong presence across the industrial and commercial sectors. The company has a long-standing history and provides electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refurbishment, and facilities management services to a range of major commercial and industrial clients.

The Air Conditioning Supervisor will manage a team of 5 engineers, overseeing a mix of maintenance, installation and project work. This is a working supervisory role, split between office-based coordination and site-based activities, with an industrial air conditioning focus. The successful candidate will work across VRV/VRF systems, AHUs and occasionally some refrigeration such as cold rooms, while managing client relationships, commissioning paperwork, estimating, quoting and commercial aspects of project delivery. There is a clear progression path towards a Project Manager role.

Air Conditioning Working Supervisor Position Requirements

• Strong industrial air conditioning background
• Previous supervisory or lead engineer experience
• Experience managing engineers and maintaining client relationships
• Experience with commissioning paperwork, estimating and quoting
• Commercial awareness, including margins, invoicing and variations
• Experience across maintenance, installation and project work
• Knowledge of VRV/VRF systems, AHUs and cold rooms
• Full UK Driving Licence

AC & Refrigeration Working Supervisor Position Remuneration

• Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience
• Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
• No on-call requirement
