Job summary

Accelerated People Management Ltd is recruiting an experienced Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join a growing regional team. Based in Luton, you will service and maintain commercial systems across the region, including VRF and split systems, with door-to-door travel paid and regular overtime.

The role offers on-call allowance and clear progression into supervisory and management positions within a prestigious projects portfolio, with training provided and opportunities to build a long-term

Qualifications

NVQ qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration and F-Gas certification.
Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer with a strong service, maintenance and repair background.
Experience working independently across commercial sites with strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and general service work across commercial sites
Working on VRF, split systems and refrigeration equipment, including compressor replacements and leak testing
Diagnosing faults and completing repairs, maintenance and commissioning to a high standard
Managing a mobile workload across Luton, North London, Milton Keynes, Stevenage and surrounding areas, with participation in the on-call rota
