Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking an Air Conditioning Service Engineer (Commercial) in Essex. The role involves carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems across London, Essex and Kent, with door-to-door pay and potential overtime.

NVQ Level 2 or higher in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration and F-Gas Cat 1 certification are required. You will work independently or as part of a small team, ensuring compliance and safety on every project, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• HVAC service or maintenance experience in commercial environments.
• F-Gas Cat 1 certification.
• NVQ Level 2 (or higher) in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct planned and reactive maintenance across Essex and East London.
• Work on projects individually and in small teams up to three engineers.
• Complete service and compliance records for each project.
• Ensure health and safety regulations and industry standards are followed.
• Participate in emergency or weekend call-out rota when required.
• Perform fault finding and diagnostic testing on client equipment.

Are you an Air Conditioning Service Engineer, with experience in the HVAC industry, looking to join a young, fast growing company that operates out of Dartford and completes projects across London, Essex and Kent?

Do you possess your NVQ Level 2, or higher, in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration and are now looking for a role that offers a lucrative earning potential, with opportunities for overtime and door to door pay?

This company was started two years ago and in that time has seen a lot of traction gained for its services. The company offers full Air Conditioning installation, preplanned maintenance and reactive maintenance support.

Moving forward, the company are now looking to expand their team further across London and into the Home Counties.

This role would suit an Air Conditioning Engineer, who has experience in commercial installations, that is looking for an exciting opportunity within a young, fast growing company that offers an excellent benefits package.

The Role:

• Conduct planned and reactive maintenance projects across Essex and East London
• Work on projects as an individual, and on a larger projects, in a team of up to three
• Complete service and compliance records of all projects

The Person:

• Experience as a HVAC Service / Maintenance Engineer
