Job summary

Rock Recruitment is seeking an AC & Refrigeration Engineer to join the Repairs & Maintenance team in Teesside. The role covers maintenance, repairs and installations across air conditioning, refrigeration, air handling and extraction systems.

You will perform planned and reactive work, diagnose faults and report necessary parts. A relevant apprenticeship/NVQ Level 3 and F-Gas qualification are required, along with basic electrical knowledge (18th Edition) and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent apprenticeship in a relevant field.
• F-Gas qualification.
• Basic electrical knowledge, ideally including 18th Edition.
• Experience in air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance, repairs and installation; full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance, repairs and installations on air conditioning, refrigeration, air handling and extraction systems.
• Diagnose faults and report additional works or required parts and materials.
• Support other members of the Repairs & Maintenance team where required.
