Clements Young is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Installation & Maintenance Engineer to join our field-based team, covering commercial and residential projects. You will install, service and commission VRF and split systems while ensuring safety and high standards.

The role requires strong fault-finding skills, independent work, and excellent customer service. A full UK driving licence and relevant air conditioning qualifications are essential.

Job description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning Installation & Maintenance Engineer to join our clients growing team based from their office.

This is a varied field based role, working across commercial and residential properties, where you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance and commissioning of air conditioning systems.

The Role

As an Air Conditioning Installation & Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Installing, servicing and maintaining VRF and split air conditioning systems
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and routine servicing
• Diagnosing faults and completing effective repairs
• Commissioning and testing air conditioning systems
• Attending customer sites throughout the region
