This permanent position suits a skilled Air Conditioning Installation and Service Engineer seeking stable work across Buckinghamshire and nearby Berkshire and Oxfordshire. Operating on a mobile basis, the successful candidate handles installation, maintenance and repair tasks within commercial properties, including local authority buildings, offices, telecoms sites and NHS facilities. The role calls for proven fault-finding abilities, refrigerant handling certification and competence in servicing split systems, VRV and VRF units. Working for an established mechanical and electrical contractor employing over fifty staff, the engineer enjoys varied daily duties with limited travel into London, supporting a healthy work-life balance. A salary of £46,000 to £47,000 per annum is offered alongside long-term prospects.

Candidate Requirements

• - Proven experience within commercial air conditioning installation and maintenance
• - Experience working on VRV, VRF, Split, Multi-Split and AHU systems
• - Competent fault-finding skills
• - Experience carrying out compressor changes and major repairs
• - Full UK Driving Licence
• - Strong customer-facing communication skills
