Job summary

Hunter Selection is seeking an Air Conditioning Install Engineer to join a growing Hampshire-based team.

You will install split, multi-split, VRV and VRF systems on a mix of residential and commercial projects, with workload split around 70% residential and 30% commercial.

The role offers £47,500–£55,000 basic salary, paid overtime, a company van with fuel card, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, health insurance and a clear career path into Lead Engineer and supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• Proven air conditioning installation experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• NVQ / City & Guilds qualifications (desirable).
• F-Gas Category 1 (certification).

Responsibilities

• Install split, multi-split, VRV and VRF systems on residential and commercial projects.
• Workload split: 70% residential, 30% commercial.
• Assist with planned maintenance, fault finding and repair work as required.
