Premier Recruitment Hub is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning / HVAC Engineer to service and maintain commercial properties. The role covers the M25 corridor and surrounding areas, with travel between sites required and a company van provided.

You will perform servicing, repairs and fault finding, leveraging industry qualifications and a proactive, customer-focused approach. This is an immediate-start opportunity with ongoing work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Air Conditioning / HVAC Engineer
• Strong servicing, maintenance and fault-finding skills
• Commercial property maintenance experience preferred
• Relevant industry qualifications
• Ability to work independently and manage workload
• Full UK driving licence

AIR CONDITIONING / HVAC ENGINEER - START ASAP

M25 & Surrounding Areas | £240-£300 Per Day | Company Van & Fuel Card

Premier Recruitment Hub is recruiting an experienced Air Conditioning / HVAC Engineer on behalf of our well-established commercial property maintenance client, based in Thurrock.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established company carrying out commercial maintenance work across the M25 and surrounding areas, including Essex, London and Kent.

WHAT'S ON OFFER:

• £240-£300 per day, depending on experience
• Company van provided
• Fuel card provided
• Permanent PAYE option available - approximately £48,000-£55,000+ depending on experience
• Ongoing work with a well-established commercial maintenance company
• Immediate start available

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for carrying out air conditioning and HVAC servicing, planned preventative maintenance, repairs and fault finding across a variety of commercial properties.

The role will involve travelling between sites throughout the M25 and surrounding areas, so flexibility and a willingness to travel are essential.
