Job summary

Premier Recruitment Hub is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning / HVAC Engineer to service and maintain commercial properties. The role covers the M25 corridor and surrounding areas, with travel between sites required and a company van provided.

You will perform servicing, repairs and fault finding, leveraging industry qualifications and a proactive, customer-focused approach. This is an immediate-start opportunity with ongoing work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Air Conditioning / HVAC Engineer
• Strong servicing, maintenance and fault-finding skills
• Commercial property maintenance experience preferred
• Relevant industry qualifications
• Ability to work independently and manage workload
• Full UK driving licence
• Reliable, professional and customer-focused approach
• Willingness to travel across the M25 and surrounding areas

Responsibilities

• Carry out air conditioning and HVAC servicing across commercial properties
• Perform planned preventative maintenance and repairs
• Fault finding across various sites within coverage area
• Travel between sites throughout the M25 and surrounding areas
