Job summary

Euro Projects Recruitment - Engineering, Manufacturing & Technology is seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer to cover the North of England. The role offers a £40,000–£46,000 basic salary, a company van with fuel card, and real opportunities for professional development.

You'll install, maintain and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems across commercial and industrial sites, undertake preventative maintenance, and keep accurate service records while meeting compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in air conditioning installation, service, and repair (commercial/industrial).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Proactive, can-do approach with good problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing workload.

Responsibilities

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning and refrigeration systems (split, multi-split, VRV/VRF, chillers).
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown repairs.
• Diagnosing faults and completing high-quality first-time fixes.
• Working across a variety of commercial and industrial sites in the local area.
• Keeping accurate service records and maintaining compliance standards.
