Air Conditioning Engineer | Nottingham | Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm |up to £40,000pa + Bonuss + Company van (personal use)

Are you a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer looking to join a professional and agile team?

Our client is seeking a dedicated engineer to carry out service, maintenance, and repairs to all types of air conditioning and ventilation equipment MOSTLY BUT not limited to in and around the Nottingham and Derby area.

Are you the right person for the job?

• A valid UK drivers license is essential as the role involves travel to sites Mostly but not limed to Nottingham and Derby
• Previous experience in maintenance and servicing air conditioning units
• 2391 Test and Inspection
• Level 2 or 3 NVQ Air conditioning and refrigeration
• 18th Edition would be beneficial
• F-Gas qualification essential
• CSCS Card would be beneficial
• Proven experience in air conditioning systems repair and maintenance
• Strong understanding of technical schematics and diagrams
• Strong problem-solving ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively
• Solid mechanical knowledge of air conditioning and ventilation systems
  
  

What will your role look like?

• Install, repair, and maintain air conditioning systems across residential, commercial, environments
• Conduct regular inspections and accurately diagnose issues with air conditioning and Ventilation units
• Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and replacing faulty components
• Follow technical schematics and specifications for installations and repairs
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior technicians, ensuring efficient project completion
• Work closely with the team to ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner
  
  

What can you expect in return?

• Competitive Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 per year, based on experience
• Additional Pay: Signing bonus + end-of-year performance-based bonus (equivalent to one months pay)
