Job summary

Critical Resource Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to develop technical skills and progress your career. You will primarily service commercial systems across critical cooling environments, including CRAC units and chillers as you grow.

The role focuses on VRV/VRF and split systems initially, with training and progression available. A strong fault-finding background, F-Gas qualification, and City & Guilds/NVQ are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience servicing and maintaining commercial air conditioning systems.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Good working knowledge of VRV/VRF, splits and multi-splits.
• Experience with CRAC units or chillers advantageous but not essential.
• Good communication skills and a professional approach.
• City & Guilds / NVQ in Refrigeration & AC preferred.
• F-Gas qualification is essential.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and maintaining commercial air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs.
• Work with VRV/VRF, splits, and multi-splits, with opportunities to learn CRAC units and chillers.

The role

The majority of your work will initially focus on VRV/VRF and split systems, with the opportunity to broaden your experience across more specialist critical cooling equipment as you develop within the business.
