Job summary

White Recruitment Construction is seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer to join its growing HVAC team in Cambridgeshire. You will service and install commercial air conditioning systems including split, multi-split, and VRF/VRV, across sites in the region.

The role emphasizes safe, high-quality engineering work and professional on-site representation. The successful candidate will have F-Gas certification, experience with VRF/VRV systems, and strong communication skills, with a valid UK driving

Qualifications

• F-Gas certification is essential.
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning preferred.
• Previous experience with split, multi-split and VRF/VRV systems.
• Strong knowledge of commercial air conditioning systems.
• Good fault diagnosis and issue resolution skills.
• Solid health & safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Work across a range of commercial air conditioning systems on sites in the Cambridgeshire region.
• Carry out high-quality engineering work safely and efficiently on site.
• Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues on HVAC equipment.
• Represent the business professionally on site.
