Job description

Job Title: Air Conditioning Engineer

Our client, a leading building services and facility management company, is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join their team. The company provides mechanical, electrical, and HVAC services throughout London and the Home Counties, including Sussex & Surrey. Due to expansion, they are looking for a new engineer based in West Sussex near the client's head office, with willingness to travel across London and the surrounding areas.

Salary and Benefits:

• Basic Salary: £43,000 - £47,000
• Overtime (x1.5)
• No Call Out Rota
• Pension
• Company Vehicle and Fuel Card
• 33 days annual leave (including 8 bank holidays)

Responsibilities:

• Carry out maintenance and repairs on various air conditioning systems, including split units, VRV, VRF, and others, across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
• Assist with installations (desirable but not essential).
• Perform fault finding, servicing, and repairs.

Requirements:

• F-gas qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as an air conditioning engineer.
• Ability to maintain a range of air conditioning units.
• Full driving license.
• Knowledge of installations (preferred).
