Job summary

PRS is seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer (Mobile) to join our team in Birmingham, covering the West Midlands. You will carry out pre-planned, reactive and installation work on high-end retail clients, often traveling between sites with accommodation provided when away.

The role requires City and Guilds 2079 (f-gas), a CSCS card, and a full driving licence. Basic salary circa £47,000 per year with overtime, private healthcare and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• City and Guilds 2079 (f-gas) qualification required.
• CSCS card required (company can assist).
• Full driving licence with up to 3 points required.

Responsibilities

• Pre planned, reactive and installation air conditioning work on high end retail clients.
• Be highly mobile; may require away work with accommodation and company credit card provided.
• Work on split systems, VRFs, small air handling units; experience with Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin or Toshiba is advantageous.

Position: Air Conditioning Engineer (Mobile)

Location: Birmingham, West Midlands - Ideally located South Birmingham- highly mobile - paid travel time

Salary: Circa £47,000 per annum basic salary plus benefits

Opportunity for a West Midlands based Air Conditioning Engineer, to join a privately owned air conditioning contractor, that have big expansion plans, and plenty of work in the pipeline. Paying a basic salary circa £47,000 per annum, with overtime on top and private healthcare.

Main Duties:

• Pre planned, reactive and installation air conditioning work on high end retail clients.
• Kept locally for reactive works, pre planned work requires you to be highly mobile, and able to work away as and when required (accommodation and company credit card provided).
• Working on split systems, VRF's, small air handling units.
• Any experience working with Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin & Toshiba equipment is an advantage.

Requirements:

• City and Guilds 2079 (f-gas) qualification as a minimum.
• CSCS card (although the company can put you through this if required).
• Full driving licence with no more than 3 points on it.
