Job summary

Swissport UK&I is seeking a motivated Cargo Administrator to join our Cargo team in Belfast. This is primarily an office-based role with scope for light warehouse duties and cover for colleagues during leave.

You will handle cargo administration, including customs paperwork, invoicing and data entry, maintain records, and provide basic reception support. A full driving licence and flexibility to work varied shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Fully flexible to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to speak and understand English.
• Ability to travel to the airport when needed.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be IT literate and able to learn airline systems.
• Willingness to work in inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out cargo administration tasks including customs documentation, invoicing and data entry.
• Maintaining accurate records and processing cargo-related documentation.
• Providing reception and basic customer service support when required.
• Liaising with colleagues and supporting the wider cargo operation.
• Assisting with light warehouse duties when operationally required.
• Providing cover for other team members during periods of annual leave or absence.
