Job summary

Avanade Inc. in the United Kingdom seeks an AI Workforce Solution Area Lead to grow the AI Workforce within UKS, align with Microsoft, and translate market demand into pipeline and revenue.

You will own the strategy, shape propositions, ensure credible operations, and partner across Microsoft, clients and delivery to drive growth and client value through AI-enabled workplace transformation.

Responsibilities

• Own the UKS AI Workforce growth strategy across direct and indirect channels.
• Define the Solution Area plan with priority propositions and target clients.
• Ensure Microsoft alignment, capability priorities and growth focus.
• Interface with Microsoft to translate priorities into pipelines and opportunities.
• Build AI-led propositions to boost productivity, experience and business value.
• Integrate Practice and GTM strategies to support one coherent Strategy Area.
• Drive pipeline creation, opportunity conversion and revenue growth.
• Partner with Client Groups, Microsoft, Accenture and Delivery to shape pursuits.
• Ensure capability roadmap, skills strategy and workforce plan with Practice Lead.
• Own strategic capability direction including build/buy/borrow/partner decisions.
• Ensure delivery model is commercially viable, repeatable and credible.
• Own Sold-vs-Delivered integrity for the Solution Area with Practice and Delivery.
• Build the market reputation of Avanade UKS in AI-enabled workplace transformation.
• Contribute to cross-Solution Area opportunities where AI Workforce is part of other outcomes.
• Provide visible senior leadership to the Solution Area community through the operating model transition.
