Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience designing AI-enabled workflows, automations or digital solutions.
• Prompt engineering with large language models and governance awareness.
• Experience delivering training, coaching or enablement programmes at scale.
• Ability to translate business problems into practical AI use cases and solutions.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms or automation tools.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience developing reusable assets, playbooks or AI libraries.
• Prototyping, coding and prompting skills for internal knowledge resources.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and scale of existing AI tools and services across the organisation.
• Design and deliver structured training programmes and AI clinics for users.
• Build reusable prompts, templates and AI hubs to enable scalable AI use.
• Develop agentic AI workflows and ensure governance, safety and compliance.
