What You’ll Own

• Design and evolve our internal operations strategy
• Build and manage a scalable stack of AI, automation, and no-code tools
• Identify inefficiencies and ruthlessly automate them
• Partner with leadership to build seamless systems across all functions

What You Bring

• Proven experience or deep interest in operations, product ops, systems design, or similar roles in fast-growing startups
• Deep knowledge of AI tools
• Experience building no-code/low-code solutions to solve real business problems
• A founder-like mindset and the ability to get stuck in wherever needed
• You’ve built AI agents or autonomous internal tools
• You’ve scaled internal systems from 0 → 1 or 1 → 100
• You’ve worked across multiple functions in high-growth, high-velocity environments
