Sky invites an AI Workflow Analyst to join the Group AI team and embed AI-enabled workflows across Sky’s functions. You will baseline processes, identify high-value AI opportunities and design future-state processes with clear delivery roadmaps alongside AI Product Managers.

In this hybrid role, you’ll facilitate workshops, translate strategy into actionable requirements, build data-driven business cases and drive adoption of deployed solutions while continually scanning the market for best

The Group AI team owns Sky's enterprise-wide AI ambition,strategyand roadmap to deliver meaningful business value and embed AI into the fabric of how Skyoperates. Within this, the Workflow Transformation teamis responsible foraccelerating Sky's Agentic transformation, embedding forward deployed teams within business functions to reimagine AI-enabled work, design AI solutions and collaboratively deliver deployments alongside technology and the other Group AI teams.

AsAI Workflow Analyst, you willembedwithin business functions as part of forward deployed teams, partnering with business stakeholders to baseline existing processes,identifyhigh-value opportunities for AI transformation and design AI-enabled workflows. You will combine analytical rigour with creative problem-solving to reimagine the future of how work gets done, developing business cases and translating opportunities into prioritised delivery roadmaps alongside AI Product Managers.

• Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into clearstructuredframeworks,insightsand actionable recommendations.

• Skilled in qualitative research and quantitative analysis,usingvisualisationtools such as Excel and Tableau to generate insights.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills,with the abilitytopresent,toinfluence and engage senior stakeholders.

• Commercially minded, balancing ambition with pragmatism and prioritising work based on business value.
